Property Clearances
We can work closely with clients and/or the family to clear the property. Whether it's a final clearance to get ready to sell the property or before a sale completes, we are happy to help.
One the personal items have been removed by the family, or any items that need selling, we can undertake a full clearance of the property.
It may be that there are items of value within the property that the family don't need. We can negotiate any estimated proceeds from these items to deducted from the clearance quote to make it more cost effective.

Chattels Probate Valuations
We can provide chattels valuation services across the South West to solicitors, executors, administrators, and individuals dealing with an estate.
Our chattels valuer has 25+ years of experience in antiques, jewellery and general items of value and is used to dealing with probate valuations in difficult circumstances surrounding the passing away of a loved one, friend or family member.
All contents and chattels within an estate are subject to the probate process, of which any and all outstanding debts and inheritance tax are paid through the sale of contents within the estate. We can support you through this process by providing a full probate contents valuation service.
Recycling & Re-use
When a property requires a clearance we ensure as much as possible is re-used or recycled. We work closely with Somewhere To Go, a charity that operates a homeless and vulnerable adult day centre amongst other services, to provide them with items for their retail arm. We also sort through waste that is created from a clearance to ensure there is no negative environmental impact from the waste disposal process
