Heley's Clearances was established in 2016 and is based in Weston-super-Mare and specialises in probate, deceased estate and private client property clearances.
Our director; Dan Heley, has over 25yrs experience in this and related sectors and leads in all areas of our services.
We are conscious that after the loss of a loved one, families want peace of mind when dealing with the contents of their relatives home and we believe strongly in our "family first" approach to ensure that clients are given the best level of service possible.

Our Clearance Process
STEP 1

Contact us by phone, email or by using the online contact form to talk to us about your requirements
STEP 2
If there are items that you would like to offset against the cost of the clearance please let that be known to our team during the initial quote and if you need a probate contents valuation our team can also provide this service
STEP 3
During the probate clearance, our team will clear all items you request from the estate.
We will sort and recycle as much as possible including through working in partnership with local charity; Somewhere To Go, we will also set aside any personal items located during the clearance
STEP 4
On completion of the clearance we will provide photos of the complete works along with any personal items located during the c and the property will be able to move on to the next stage in the probate process
