MAKE A LIST

Undertaking a property clearance will often be a difficult time as you have not only got to come to terms with losing a loved one, but parting ways with a property that is familiar and full of emotions. In the midst of this its natural than you may struggle to think about what you would like to keep or give to family and friends so it's always best to make a list to ensure peace of mind

BE AS SENTIMENTAL AS YOU LIKE

It can often be difficult to decide on whether or not to keep or dipose of some items that you feel are special to you, however there is no need to make a decision at the clearanc stage, it is often better to box them up and put them in the garage or loft to revisit at a later date, if at that point you decide to part ways with them then its better to have them and be sure then not and have regret
